50 box-jumps (20/24)

50 jumping pull ups

50 1-pood kettlebell swings (26/35)

50 step walking lunge

50 knees to elbows

50 push-presses (30/45)

50 back extensions

50 wall-ball shots (14/20)

50 burpees

50 double-unders

  • Top of every minute complete 1 Power Clean

  • Masters/LV 1 = 30 reps and 1 Power Clean every 2:00
